2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Compassionate Hands Yukon was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it previously appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question unless we receive notice from the original complainant that legal action has been filed.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
